Imani White

Imani White works in Civil Litigation Services, providing essential support to law firms and attorneys by securing court reporters, videographers, interpreters, and locations for trials, hearings, depositions, and other proceedings. She began her career in this field in early 2022 as a resource manager at Esquire Deposition Solutions, later moving to Veritex and then to her current role at Focus Litigation Solutions in Sacramento, California, where she manages teams and calendars, including the Southern California region. Prior to this, she worked in a call center for Iliad in patient services, helping with medication approvals, and she studied architecture in college before deciding it did not offer the work-life balance she sought. White has received Employee of the Month honors multiple times and is known for pioneering the use of deposition officers to address the court reporter shortage. She values integrity above all, followed by grit, dedication, and perseverance, and she aspires to inspire other women by highlighting opportunities in the industry, including the potential to earn a substantial living as a court reporter or voice writer. She is currently pursuing training as a voice writer.
