India Chaney is a dedicated and compassionate Case Management Specialist based in Savannah, Georgia, with a strong background in criminal justice and a passion for serving vulnerable populations. She has extensive experience supporting elderly and disabled clients, connecting them with essential resources such as medical care, housing, in-home support, financial assistance, and emotional guidance. India’s approach emphasizes seeing people as individuals, advocating for their needs, and navigating complex healthcare and social service systems with empathy and efficiency.

Throughout her career, India has worked across multiple roles, including behavioral health, patient care, and community service, consistently demonstrating her ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide person-centered solutions. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration at Southern New Hampshire University, further strengthening her skills in research, care coordination, and strategic planning.
