What do you attribute your success to?
I am very fortunate to have an exceptional support system in my life. Without the strength, encouragement, and guidance of those around me, I firmly believe that I would not be the individual I am today, nor would I have reached my current position in this journey.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I engaged in a thought-provoking conversation with an individual who imparted a significant piece of wisdom: "You cannot do it all." Initially, I held the belief that I could manage all responsibilities independently; however, I have come to recognize that our endeavors do not function in isolation. It is essential to have a robust support network surrounding us. I am sincerely grateful for the support system that I have in place, and I recognize how well-prepared I am as a result of it.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Firstly, it is imperative to maintain a steadfast focus on your objectives. It is all too easy to become distracted, but clarity of purpose will aid you in navigating the inevitable challenges along the way. Secondly, I encourage you to exercise patience. Achieving success requires time, and the journey is often punctuated by numerous learning experiences that are essential for personal and professional growth. Thirdly, I would like to emphasize the importance of being open to learning. Embrace every opportunity to acquire knowledge, whether it comes from mentors or colleagues, as these experiences will prove to be invaluable. Lastly, I urge you to remain resilient in the face of adversity. Persistence is crucial, and your ability to persevere will see you through difficult times. I firmly believe that principles such as morality, honesty, respect, and consideration serve as the foundational elements that guide my decisions and interactions. Acknowledging and appreciating others' perspectives is, in my view, essential as it enhances communication and promotes effective collaboration.
