My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: don’t be shy. Get out there—network, join professional organizations, educate yourself, and stay informed. Building connections and continuously learning will open doors and help you thrive.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is simply getting hired and landing that first interview. The exciting part is that once you gain experience—you have the opportunity to move into leadership positions, such as becoming a director, and really shape the direction of your team and organization.
