About Ingrid

I am a hospital leader who partners with and empowers front-line teams so that our patients, families, and visitors are provided a welcoming, safe, and compassionate experience beginning with the time they enter the facility. I am responsible for leading the daily operations of my staff, coaching staff on professionalism and service excellence, and partnering with clinical and executive leaders to identify, escalate, and rectify concerns, and drive process improvements. I am detail-oriented with a focus on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement, to enhance the patient experience and the hospital's standards of care.

Lead with integrity, stay teachable, and never underestimate the power of consistency and relationships.

One of the greatest challenges is high patient expectations when managing resources, staff and the demands of a changing healthcare landscape. One of the greatest opportunities for improvement in patient experience is in enhancing communication and leadership and developing a more mindful, human-centred culture throughout the organization.
