Irene Martin

I have built my career in healthcare by gaining diverse experience across multiple medical specialties. I've worked with doctors, dentists, and optometrists, moving from one type of employer to another to learn the different angles of credentialing and billing in the medical field. I learned by doing it, gaining hands-on experience that has shaped my expertise. I earned my bachelor's degree, which allowed me to progress and move up in the field, because you can't advance without the degree. Now I'm taking the next step in my professional development by starting my master's degree. At my hospital, I'm also involved with the Hispanic Cultural Association, contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace.
