IRIS Dickson

She is an accomplished senior interior designer and project manager with over two decades of experience in residential and commercial interior design, environmental review, and construction documentation. Currently serving as Senior Interior Designer at LND Design Build, she leads projects from initial concept through space planning, FF&E selection, Revit presentations, construction documents, and client coordination. Prior to this role, she served as Project Manager and Environmental Reviewer at NERIS, providing environmental review records for Florida's DEO programs and ensuring compliance with HUD and NEPA guidelines. She also served as Project Designer at ALEXANDER ELIAS ARCHITECTURE INC, developing schematic designs for storm rehabilitation initiatives, and as Interior Designer and Project Manager at Vincent Wolf Associates. She holds an Associate's degree and a BFA in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She is recognized as a creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused design professional who combines strong technical expertise with a commitment to delivering beautiful, functional, and compliant spaces.
