01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to persistence, hard work, humility, a commitment to keep learning, and resilience. I try to always do my best, stay open to learning, and keep moving forward, even when the path changes. I have learned that sometimes success is simply having the courage to keep going.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Trust the process, even when you cannot see the whole picture yet. Your career will not always unfold the way you imagined, and that is okay. Some of the best opportunities come from the chapters you never planned.
Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep doing your best. Be patient with your growth and persistent with your goals. You do not need to have everything figured out you just need to keep taking the next step.
Trust yourself, trust the process, and remember that you are always under construction.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You are always under construction. Keep learning, keep building, and never stop becoming the woman you are capable of being.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My most important values are self respect, integrity, discipline, and a commitment to always do my best. I believe in treating people with respect, doing the right thing even when no one is watching, staying disciplined when things get difficult, and giving my best in everything I take on while always remaining open to learning and growing.
