I attribute my success to the hard work and dedication I bring to the field of engineering. Originally from Ukraine, I earned my degree from one of the top schools in my country and have worked diligently to build my skills and expertise. Now, I am excited to bring my talent and experience to the United States and continue growing as a professional in my field.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. When something feels scary, that’s the moment to move forward, as it’s often when the greatest growth happens.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering engineering is that you can be a woman in this field and excel at your job. Believe in your skills, stay confident, and pursue excellence.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the current challenges and opportunities I face is adapting to a new environment, as I am new to the United States. I am looking forward to joining Women in Engineering soon, which will allow me to connect with peers, grow professionally, and contribute to the field

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are dedication, balance, and passion. I strive to exceed my goals and targets at work while also fully enjoying life. For example, I have been passionate about skydiving for the past ten years, which brings me excitement and perspective outside of my career.
