Her Story
About Iryna
I began my professional journey in late 2011 when I joined a U.S.-based company in San Jose as an HR business partner and HR generalist. Through our internal coaching certification program, I became the HR lead for different regions, where my coaching work started with the management team and later expanded to the executive team when I was overseeing the country. I stayed with that company until the end of 2021. Currently, I focus on grant management and community engagement, working extensively with the long-term care sphere where I provide mentorship and coaching for people who educate others in that field. Since moving to Minnesota in 2020, I became a community lead and have been invited to partner with different organizations and present at various events. I organize senior events at the Ukrainian Center, as my key responsibilities right now center on the long-term care sphere.

Ten minutes with Iryna
01What do you attribute your success to?
I believe that service comes first, then self. I am new to the United States, so I want to contribute in the best possible way. I want to meet new people, and as soon as I'm here, I want to use my time very efficiently. If I can be supportive, if I can serve any needed purpose, if I can contribute to a great mission, I want to be open to that.
