Isabel Caballero is a creative entrepreneur, event producer, and music industry professional serving as the Founder, Creative Director, and Producer of Violet Hill Productions. Based in Miami, Florida, she specializes in creating impactful experiences through strategic event planning, production, and execution. Her work focuses on helping organizations bring their visions to life through corporate events, conferences, coaching summits, leadership experiences, and other high-touch gatherings that prioritize creativity, organization, and audience engagement.
In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Isabel is the lead singer and bandleader of Full Disclosure, where she oversees musical direction, live performances, and the group’s continued growth. Her career in entertainment includes experience in artist support, recording studios, A&R, touring operations, and artist management. She has worked as an executive assistant at CTK Enterprises, supported major entertainment projects, and developed expertise in project coordination, production workflows, artist relations, and the operational side of the music business.
Isabel holds a Master of Arts degree in Music Industry from University of Miami and dual undergraduate degrees in Mass Communications and International Studies from Louisiana State University. Her diverse background allows her to combine creative leadership with strong business and organizational skills, bridging the gap between artistic vision and successful execution. 01What do you attribute your success to?
My parents and grandparents worked hard despite obstacles, never gave up, took every opportunity, and set a strong example of persistence and resilience.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't stay anywhere too long. Don't settle if you're outgrowing a role and not pushing yourself; take what you've learned and apply it to the next opportunity to continue building and elevating.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be confident in who you are and what you bring to the table. Stand tall, enter with purpose, don't be afraid to speak up even if others don't want to hear it.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges include filtering out good vendors from bad ones, dealing with AI scams, and trusting people across multiple states without in-person verification.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty, loyalty to oneself, authenticity, and the desire to grow and be better by learning from others every day.
