Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute everything to my relationship with God and my faith, and my family. I would say the people that I've placed around me, and my faith. Faith, family, and friends. I really lean on the people that are around me, whether that's my teammates, my boss, my friends, my family, so I wouldn't be anything without the people that I've placed around me. Going through my separation process over the past year has taught me that the best mom that I'm going to be, and the best employee that I'm going to be, comes from me being happy. I've been able to really focus on my relationship with God and with Jesus, and it's made me a much brighter person.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say, ask questions. Ask questions and be curious, and don't be afraid to be wrong. Don't be afraid to be the loudest voice in the room. Always, always be asking questions, and always be willing to grow and accept feedback, but don't be afraid to speak up. Even if you do make a mistake, you can always learn from it. Everything is going to work out. Keep your faith in God, and just know that even if you do make a mistake, you can always learn from it.
