Her Story
About Isabel
Isabel is an accomplished entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and communications professional whose 20+ year career has been defined by creativity, ultimate resilience, and innovation. She began her professional journey as a model before launching her first business, successfully leveraging her network of sponsors and partners who deeply believed in her vision. While running trailblazing fashion shows, she was simultaneously driving corporate marketing, publicity, and event strategies; the sheer originality of her creations quickly placed her at the top of the mass media, featuring her widely across television, newspapers, and magazines as an icon of female empowerment and a strategic consultant for complex business challenges. Building on this success, she earned a Master's degree in Marketing Communications and PR from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Spain in 2017, allowing her to perfectly combine corporate strategy with creative execution. Following the pandemic, she seamlessly reinvented DC Business Group by embracing sustainable practices and developing partnerships aligned with United Nations initiatives.
Years later, while pregnant with her second son, this extensive expertise culminated in her proprietary Business Conception program, built on the profound truth that nurturing a business requires the exact same delicate, intense attention as carrying a baby. However, before the program could launch, a devastating medical malpractice abruptly ended her pregnancy. For an agonizing month, Isabel had to lead her family, her team, and her business operations while carrying her deceased child inside her. Forced to test her own framework on herself first to survive the ultimate crisis, she relied heavily on the program's core pillars—an unshakeable CEO Mastermind mindset, a rock-solid business structure, and clear digital marketing—allowing her business to thrive successfully while she took the necessary time to emotionally heal and step back into her power as a leader. Originally from Ecuador and now based in the United States, Isabel remains fiercely committed to supporting the Hispanic community, fostering elite alliances, and helping visionary leaders turn their ideas into thriving, unshakeable businesses.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Isabel
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes down to clear focus, relentless determination, and an uncompromising dedication to my family. I have never believed in sacrificing the people I love for professional milestones; true success means rising together. I couple this foundation with a deep commitment to continuous self-investment. In a world driven by fast-moving digital media, staying ahead requires constant personal and professional growth. When I invest in sharpening my mindset and skills, my entire vision expands.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Never sacrifice your core foundation for temporary acceleration (my Dad)
In the business world, it’s incredibly easy to get caught up in the hustle, chase rapid growth, or compromise on your values to close a deal or hit a milestone. But if your foundation—your health, your family, your integrity, or your ultimate vision—is fractured in the process, the empire you build won't stand.
True, sustainable leadership isn't about running yourself into the ground to achieve a title; it’s about architecting a life and a business that are robust enough to withstand deep personal and professional crises. When you build with a solid structure, an unshakeable mindset, and a refusal to sideline the people you love, you don't just succeed, you build a legacy that thrives seamlessly.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The best advice I can give you is to never underestimate the power of your network; in the business world, a solid web of strategic alliances is infinitely more valuable than having a million followers. When I first started, I leveraged my connections and my vision to get others to believe in my projects, and that trust opened every door for me.
The digital landscape evolves at a rapid pace, which is why you must continuously invest in yourself, your preparation, and expanding your vision. Understand that social media grants visibility, but information without strategic execution is merely entertainment. >
To transition from entertainment to a truly scalable enterprise, you must master an unshakeable CEO mindset, architect a rock-solid operational structure, and dominate clear digital marketing. This exact realization is why I created the Business Conception program—to provide rising leaders with the precise, step-by-step blueprint needed to build a business ecosystem so resilient it successfully survives any crisis, allowing you to scale with absolute strategic clarity without ever sidelining the family and people you love
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The industry's current challenge smoke in the distinction between mere motivation and true strategic execution. There is a dangerous trend of individuals calling themselves coaches based solely on motivational theories, without the professional weight, knowledge, or real world expertise required to actually sustain a business.
Guiding a CEO’s vision is a profound responsibility. When an entrepreneur hires a disqualify coach, it is the equivalent of seeking medical treatment from a friend; you might feel temporary emotional relief after talking, but the underlying crisis remains unaddressed and can worsen. As industry leaders, we must bring integrity back to what we offer. True coaching isn't a fleeting internet trend or a quick cash grab, it requires an academic foundation, deep corporate experience, and a structured methodology that can actually heal and scale a business.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In both my work and personal life, my core philosophy is growing with people, never over them. I firmly believe that true success is measured by how many people you lift up as you succeed. Alongside this, I value absolute professional integrity and preparation—being completely honest about the product and effort you deliver to the market. In a fast-changing world, staying prepared and professional ensures you can create sustainable value and build genuine, long-lasting alliances where everyone wins.
