Isabela Moreno Benitez is a seasoned sales and talent professional with over six years of experience in the telecommunications and energy sectors. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she has excelled in roles spanning sales, sales management, and full-cycle recruiting for companies including AT&T, T-Mobile, Frontier, and CenturyLink. Known for her expertise in customer acquisition, retention, and team leadership, Isabela has successfully built and grown high-performing teams in both start-up environments and larger, scaled operations.

Currently, Isabela serves as the Director of Recruiting at Atlas Hartmann, where she works closely with major clients like Frontier and AT&T, overseeing recruitment strategies and coordinating talent initiatives. Her prior experience includes managing regional sales teams, developing innovative marketing strategies, and leading client account management across multiple states. She has also held leadership roles as CEO of Archway Consulting and as a Business Development Manager at Cydcor, consistently demonstrating her ability to drive revenue, mentor teams, and optimize business operations.
