Her Story
About Isabela
Isabela Bondioli brings 13 years of experience in the IT industry to her role as an IT account manager and business relationship manager. She has spent the past year and a half in her current position, where she oversees customer relationships in the energy utilities segment while managing IT services across infrastructure, application management, cybersecurity, and related areas. Her responsibilities include ensuring contractual SLAs are met, driving innovation such as AI-first delivery models, handling P&L, negotiating contracts, and leading internal delivery teams. Prior to this role, she spent over 10 years focused on IT delivery with a strong background in customer management. Bondioli began her professional journey after studying English literature for two years in Brazil without completing the degree, then entering the IT field through hands-on learning and experience. Among her notable achievements are successfully leading a nearshore transition of services from an onshore US team to a Brazil-based team during the pandemic without impacting customers or service levels, as well as scaling cybersecurity and RPA teams rapidly to support new delivery centers. A mentor once advised her that professionals must play the game by navigating organizational politics wisely while recognizing that self-merit alone does not address differing agendas and the bigger picture.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
A mentor told me you have to play the game. You have to understand that there are things that happen and certain politics to navigate very wisely. Self-merit speaks for itself but you cannot ignore the bigger picture and different agendas in the organization.
