Isabella “Bella” Davis is a dynamic marketing professional based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, currently serving as the Marketing Manager for Visiting Angels East Metro. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives to connect families with high-quality home care services, managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO, social media, and community partnerships. Her work emphasizes relationship-building with healthcare providers, referral networks, and senior-focused organizations, aiming to expand visibility and trust while improving outcomes for older adults in the community.
Prior to her current position, Bella served in the Army National Guard for five years, including a deployment in 2021, where she honed her leadership, logistical, and organizational skills. While deployed, she pursued education in graphic design, which later fueled her entrepreneurial efforts in building a small design business that evolved into her clothing line, LARRI Official. I attribute my success to the discipline and resilience I developed during my service in the Army National Guard, which gave me a drive and determination I didn’t always know I had.

My advice to young women entering this industry would be, stay delusional with your goals. Don't be afraid to dream big and set ambitious targets for yourself.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in my field is staying consistent in building relationships, but the opportunity lies in seeing those connections gradually grow and blossom into meaningful, lasting partnerships.
