Her Interview
Ten minutes with Isabella
01What do you attribute your success to?
Watching my mom run her own company in a male-dominated field taught me to take control, know what I want, and work around obstacles without letting things get in my way.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Even if something fails, you're still learning something from the outcome. You have to fail sometimes to get better outcomes and pivot when needed.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't get discouraged if you don't hear back from applications. Apply to everything and anything to get your foot in the door. The industry is smaller than you think, so connections help. Don't give up.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, communication, trust, and good work-life balance are essential, especially when working across time zones with overseas teams.
