She is an accomplished construction project management professional with experience across commercial, paving, and engineering projects. Currently serving as Assistant Project Manager at The Rinaldi Group, she previously served as Project Manager at Master Paving Engineering and Project Engineer at Floridian Builders, where she managed project documentation, including subcontracts, invoices, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and punchlist items, tracked daily construction activities and safety inspections, assisted in schedule development and subcontractor compliance, oversaw project budgets, and maintained communication with clients, design teams, and stakeholders. Her earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Project Manager Intern at The Haskell Company, where she worked on a 157-acre site, monitored subcontractor change orders and submittals, and was recognized as the winner of the summer intern pitch for introducing AI in Architecture, leading to the development of a predictive analysis AI model to optimize project outcomes.
