About Isabelle
Isabelle Kazakov is the Founder of Belen Agency, a marketing agency she started after developing an interest in psychology and marketing. She has been working in social media marketing for the last three years and graduated with a degree in psychology, minoring in social psychology. Her studies in psychology, including child psychology and social psychology, inform her approach to understanding consumer behavior and decision-making in her marketing practice. In the next five years, she aims to grow her agency further, involve more young women in it, and use the experience as a foundation to start other businesses.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stop waiting for permission and fail. Nobody handed me a roadmap. I didn't have a business background. I didn't wait until I felt qualified enough. You're never going to feel ready, so just start now. It's all an experience in life, you just have to keep going with the wave.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
When things get hard, you just can't give up. You can fail as many times as possible, but that does not mean that you should give up. Nothing in life comes easy. Beliefs are very important, it's what you believe in, it's what you hold true to your heart.
