							Ishika Gandhi is an aspiring entrepreneur and business leader passionate about sustainability, finance, and social impact. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Babson College, she is exploring concentrations in finance and consulting while building her expertise in entrepreneurship. As a Girls Into VC Fellow, Ishika is gaining firsthand exposure to venture capital through workshops, mentorship, and hands-on projects that explore startup investing, deal flow, and innovation-driven growth. Her dedication to learning and leadership is evident in her ability to bridge business strategy with purpose—creating initiatives that inspire meaningful, long-term change.
Beyond academics, Ishika is the Co-Founder of Greenium Packaging, a sustainable packaging startup focused on reducing environmental waste and promoting eco-conscious consumer choices. She balances her studies with entrepreneurial pursuits, dedicating time to research, innovation, and community engagement. Her professional experiences span roles in product management, marketing, and content strategy, including internships at Eternity Spiritual AI and LRobInspires LLC, where she honed her skills in brand development, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. Ishika’s global outlook was further shaped by her service work in Haiti, where she helped expand educational access and sponsored the schooling of two students—an experience that deepened her commitment to equity and sustainability.
At Holliston High School, Ishika demonstrated exceptional leadership as a student advisor, teaching assistant, and council treasurer. She also co-founded the podcast In Her Place on Spotify, amplifying women’s voices and partnering with organizations like Saheli to raise awareness about domestic violence. Recognized with honors such as the Academic Pin, the John P. Garnel Award, and the Global Citizenship Program Endorsement, Ishika exemplifies excellence, empathy, and initiative. Outside of her professional and academic commitments, she finds joy in reading, fitness, golf, and classical Indian dance—pursuits that reflect her belief in lifelong learning and holistic growth. Through every endeavor, Ishika continues to embody the values of curiosity, creativity, and impact-driven leadership.
