Ishita Sameer Bhedi Bhedi

She is an experienced scientist and academic leader with a strong background in QC microbiology, operational excellence, drug formulation, research, tutoring, team management, and budgeting. She currently works as a Sr. Scientist in QC Microbiology at Eli Lilly and Company, following her role in Global QC Operational Excellence. She previously managed the Mathematics Assistance Center at IUPUI, where she hired, trained, and supervised tutors. Her experience also includes student government leadership, bioproduct research and development at Eli Lilly, and ovarian cancer cell research at Indiana University School of Medicine.
