Ishwari Dhamdhere, CSM, CSPO, CAPM, is a project management and quality assurance professional currently serving as a Quality Assurance Project Specialist at Abbott Nutrition. She works within a regulated healthcare environment, leading initiatives involving ingredient specification updates, change control, stakeholder coordination, supplier engagement, risk tracking, documentation, and executive-level reporting. Her work brings together project management, quality assurance, process improvement, technology, and cross-functional collaboration, and she has also developed AI-enabled workflow solutions and centralized knowledge-management resources to improve organizational efficiency.

Ishwari earned a Master of Science in Project Management from Northeastern University after completing a three-year bachelor's degree program in India and participating in an international student exchange program at New Jersey City University. Her professional experience includes project management within medical-device and healthcare environments, including work at Podimetrics, where she managed schedules, budgets, vendors, testing, documentation, and launch readiness. One of her notable accomplishments was leading human-factor testing for a medical device monitoring foot temperature in elderly patients, successfully recruiting and testing 18 of 20 participants while coordinating stakeholders, vendor negotiations, budgets, and multiple testing phases.

Ishwari holds CAPM, CSM, CSPO, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications and is pursuing her PMP certification. She is also involved with PMI and Visions Internships, where she has contributed to student career guidance and career-leadership programming. My advice to young women entering the field is to be fearless, remain grateful, and stay true to who you are. Do not be afraid to step into new challenges or opportunities, and continue learning from the people around you. Stay grounded in your own values and remain authentic as you grow professionally.
