About Iulia
Iulia Denisiuk has been practicing permanent makeup for 11 years. She began her journey in Russia, where she worked in the field for 7 years, and has since established her practice in Winter Park, Florida. With a bachelor's degree in social work and additional certifications in lash lift, permanent makeup, and nails, Denisiuk also brings experience as a commercial bankruptcy broker from her time in Russia. Her areas of specialization include permanent makeup, microblading, lash lift, and nails. Denisiuk plans to open her own school in microblading and permanent makeup to share her expertise, drawing from her background as a Russian technician to introduce higher standards to American clients. She attributes her success to proving herself from childhood, a drive to help people and earn well, and her refusal to give up during challenging early periods without clients. In her work, she values honesty, good morals, and treating clients with integrity rather than upselling unnecessary services.

01What do you attribute your success to?
It all comes from the childhood, actually proving to myself that I could do good for people, like be actually successful in some areas of life. Proving my mom that I'm actually worth something. Also really wanted to make more money. It's a very good field and I chose it and I'm glad I did and I didn't give up when it was very hard and I just didn't have clients at all. Self-esteem helped me a lot with my self-esteem.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The first time is definitely hard to do something, you have to learn and it will take many tries to do something real good so they shouldn't give up when the first struggles come in. It took me like a year to start actually be good at it and get the client flow and everything so just do not give up.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I'm a Taurus so I'm a very stubborn woman and everything like putting my mind to something and actually finishing it I'm always like that. If I have an idea or a dream or something I have to go get it achieve it. Value is definitely good morals like no one lying to people like some people try to get more money out of clients and lying to them doing something they don't really need and just be honest. Being good to people always works out.
