Sr. Technical & Data Product Support Analyst
Privia Health
Orange, TX 77632

Ivelisse Antonetti Santiago is a Senior Technical & Data Product Support Analyst based in Orange, Texas, currently working at Privia Health. She began her career in technology around 2013–2014, initially securing her first role through her engineering degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Although she did not remain long in that position, she recognized early that she was well-suited for the field and continued building her experience through a series of roles that blended technical exposure with customer service. In 2017, she transitioned into her first full-time Technical Analyst position, where hiring managers valued both her academic background and her years of experience supporting customers.

From that point forward, Ivelisse steadily advanced within IT and support-focused roles, strengthening her expertise in troubleshooting, service desk operations, and end-user support across multiple industries. Her consistent performance and growing technical skill set led her into progressively more complex positions, ultimately joining Privia Health in a hybrid role uniquely created for her. In this capacity, she supports both help desk operations and data product support across two separate internal teams, contributing to the stability and efficiency of critical systems that support healthcare operations.

Recently promoted to Senior Technical Analyst, Ivelisse continues to expand her impact within the organization while actively preparing for the next step in her career. She recently earned her Salesforce Administrator Certification Specialization, marking a significant professional milestone. Her long-term goal is to join the Salesforce team, where she hopes to help design and implement workflows and applications within the CRM system to improve how clinics deliver care to patients. With the support of a mentor and a clear development path ahead, she remains focused on growing into a Salesforce Administrator role and continuing her progression in enterprise technology.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I have to say I've had two very special men in the past 5-7 years that helped me and believed in me, and thanks to them, that's why I have come this far. One of them was my manager at BMS, Tomas Kinceno. He believed in me and gave me a lot of responsibilities in that job. For the first time in my life, being a contractor, I got a raise, which is unheard of for agencies. When they submitted the form to talk about my performance, he was the one that said that I was an exceptional employee, and that's the reason why I got my raise. He believed in me, gave me the opportunity, and gave me more responsibilities knowing what I was capable of doing. My other person is Carlton Phipps, and that was my previous manager in this company. He got promoted to associate director, so somebody else is my manager now, but he also did the same thing. He believed in me, he was able to give me this opportunity, and I have been able to grow in this company thanks to him understanding how I am as an employee and the things that I'm capable of doing.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I will say there's nothing impossible in life, only what you decide to put in your path as a roadblock. This field is absolutely amazing. Anyone who is interested in technology can accomplish anything, interested in engineering can accomplish. We have a variety of people from different backgrounds, and I think the most important thing that you need to set yourself to will be to always be open to learn. This field is a male-predominant field, but if you put your mind to it, you will be able to do it and be able to excel into it.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
