Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jackie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my faith, perseverance, servant leadership, and a commitment to continuous growth alongside the people I serve. I believe lasting relationships are built through prayer, honest communication, personal accountability, and allowing God to guide every aspect of my life. These principles have shaped both my personal journey and my approach to leadership, enabling me to serve others with purpose, integrity, and compassion.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received has come through my faith and the life experiences God has allowed me to walk through. Those experiences have shaped my coaching philosophy and reinforced my belief that true success comes from following His guidance. I believe God has led both my marriage and my calling to serve women and families through relationship coaching and leadership development, and I strive to honor that purpose in everything I do.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is to prioritize healing, personal growth, and self-awareness before entering serious relationships. Let go of past hurts, communicate with honesty, and invest in becoming your best self. Healthy relationships are built on a strong, whole foundation.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is helping people address emotional wounds and unhealthy relationship patterns before they enter marriage. At the same time, I see a tremendous opportunity to strengthen marriages by emphasizing healing, faith, intentional preparation, and healthy communication both before and after marriage.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are faith, integrity, communication, forgiveness, service, personal accountability, and lifelong learning. I believe strong marriages and meaningful relationships are built on trust, open communication, and keeping faith at the center of the relationship. I am also passionate about strengthening marriages, mentoring women, developing youth leaders, and helping individuals discover their purpose, and after more than 42 years of marriage, I am committed to sharing the lessons I’ve learned to help others build lasting, healthy relationships.
