I am a hospitality leader with over five years of experience in luxury and lifestyle hotel management, currently serving as Hotel Manager at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, a role I have held since June 2025, where I uphold Kimpton and IHG Luxury and Lifestyle brand standards, delivering personalized, detail-driven experiences that exceed guest expectations and lead to strong online reputation. I oversee guest feedback and service recovery with discretion and urgency, design guest experience strategies that strengthen emotional connection and loyalty, support financial stewardship through annual budgeting and CAPEX planning, prepare comprehensive End of Month Summary reports, and provide hands-on operational leadership across all departments to ensure precision, consistency, and service excellence at every touchpoint.

Prior to this role, I served as Assistant General Manager at Kimpton Hotel Palomar for nearly four years, where I directed daily hotel operations across Rooms, Maintenance, and Housekeeping in close partnership with Food and Beverage, Sales, Catering, Finance, and HR, strengthened guest satisfaction through proactive feedback management and experience-driven initiatives, supported financial performance through budgeting and expense oversight, prepared monthly End of Month Reports, developed Best Practices and mentored department leaders, and served as Task Force General Manager at Hotel Wilshire during a leadership transition.

Before joining Kimpton, I served as Opening Assistant General Manager at Element by Westin in Ontario, California, for nearly two years, where I monitored maintenance progress and FF&E, partnered with the Director of Sales to develop extended-stay strategies and build high-value client relationships, conducted unannounced quality audits of guest rooms and operational areas, provided service-driven leadership, and oversaw monthly Rooms and Food and Beverage performance including budgeting, labor control, and forecasting.
