What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to take things one step at a time. Focusing on each task individually allows me to stay organized, maintain perspective, and make steady progress toward my goals.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering the industry to give themselves grace and be patient with their growth, while also actively building and nurturing a strong professional network. Balancing self-compassion with meaningful connections can open doors and create lasting opportunities.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is the desire—and sometimes the pressure—to be in so many places at once. While it’s exciting to pursue multiple opportunities, it can also be overwhelming. Learning to prioritize, focus on what truly matters, and manage time effectively turns this challenge into an opportunity for growth, efficiency, and meaningful impact.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, strong moral principles, and trust. I strive to act with honesty and consistency, make decisions guided by ethics, and build relationships grounded in reliability and mutual respect.
