01What do you attribute your success to?

I would say consistency and being a team player. Determination and motivation take you a long way. I stuck with it until I achieved my certificates and degrees, even when I had to go part-time because of bills.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Just be driven. Whatever you put your mind to, you stick to it. Determination and motivation take you a long way. I was diligent and motivated even when I needed to pay bills and could only take classes part-time.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Treating others the way I would love to be treated, with fairness, integrity, and honesty. This has helped me keep jobs and maintain rapport with people over the years.
