Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the people I surround myself with. Their support, encouragement, and guidance have been instrumental in helping me achieve my goals.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace the fear of trying new things. Growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone, so have the courage to take those leaps.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is helping clients reframe their approach to purchasing merchandise. Many focus on buying in large quantities, but the real value lies in investing in higher-quality items. Shifting the mindset from quantity to quality not only enhances the client experience but also drives more meaningful results.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me both in my work and personal life are building meaningful connections, practicing honesty and transparency, and treating others with kindness. I believe that showing integrity and compassion in every interaction is the foundation for lasting relationships and personal fulfillment.
