01What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

My challenge was definitely being a very young mom. I had my child at a young age, so trying to get to become a professional was a challenge in itself. I was a full-time student, full-time worker, full-time mom at one point. It was challenging, but if you don't pitch yourself, you just never know what you're made out of. The opportunities are definitely going to be there because the community's always growing, there's always a need, public service is always a need. I always go knocking on doors, looking for things, I don't just stay stagnant.
