Jackie Tricolli

I am a writer-blogger and founder of Scribing with Scout, my LLC and the blog I started under that moniker. I do extensive writing and posting on Substack, a social media platform mainly for writers that emerged during the pandemic. It's a whole community of writers where we're not posting 'look at me' content, but rather sharing what we've written and building a community within that. I'm also currently a graduate student in an MFA program, which is both inspiring and taking up a lot of my time in a positive way as I continue to build my career. Since I started pursuing this writing career, I've discovered that when you're around like-minded people, it influences you. We're not really competing against one another, and everyone can celebrate each other's victories. I can do most of my work from the comforts of my home, though I love to travel.
