What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being a “can-do” person, the encouragement and support I’ve received from my parents, and my drive and ambition. I also thrive on creativity—there’s nothing I love more than starting with a blank sheet of paper to design and create something new.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to not be a victim and to model the behavior I want to see in others. It’s taught me to take ownership, lead by example, and inspire those around me through my actions.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering this industry to be lifelong learners. Stay curious, ask questions, and continually refresh your technical skills—if you’re not learning, you’re not progressing. Growth comes from staying engaged and embracing every opportunity to expand your knowledge.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are authenticity and transparency, because that’s how you build trust and loyalty, and integrity, which guides everything I do both professionally and personally.
