Jacque Chilton

Jacque Chilton is a seasoned commercial real estate professional and the Owner and Principal of UMC Real Estate Services, a boutique commercial real estate management company based in Phoenix, Arizona. With more than four decades of industry experience, she has built a distinguished career overseeing diverse property portfolios, including office buildings, shopping centers, regional malls, medical facilities, and industrial properties. Her expertise encompasses property and asset management, client relations, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, redevelopment, new development, and the repositioning of real estate assets.

Before founding UMC Real Estate Services in 2009, Jacque held leadership positions with several prominent real estate organizations, including CB Richard Ellis, Kitchell, The Hewson Company, and CBS Property Services. She began her career with little real estate experience and steadily advanced from a cash manager and accounts payable receptionist to assistant property manager, regional leader, director, and ultimately business owner. Her entrepreneurial journey was encouraged by a former boss who recognized the strength of her industry relationships, and she launched her company with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and adding value for property owners.

Jacque attributes her success to setting ambitious goals, continually pursuing growth, and bringing others along with her. She is known for her confidence, strong relationships with brokers and leasing professionals, and dedication to mentoring both women and men in their careers. Beyond real estate, family remains central to her life, and her experience supporting her son through traumatic brain injury rehabilitation has made TBI awareness and rehabilitation programs especially meaningful to her.
