Jacqueline Arnold is a licensed insurance professional with two years of experience in the Medicare sector. She sells Medicare supplements, Medicare Advantage plans, and prescription drug plans, taking inbound calls to match customers with suitable coverage while licensed in 22 states. Prior to entering insurance, she drove a truck for 10 years and earlier served as an executive assistant to two VPs and a president across three different companies. She holds a degree in theology and is currently seeking opportunities in social media management for churches following a layoff in March.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just to keep their eyes on the prize, you know, it's easily it's very easy to get distracted. It's very easy to get with a bad company as well, I've learned that since I've been off the truck. So watch, re- research who you're going to work for. As much as they research you, so

Well, the big one for me right now is job security, because here I am, laid off. So that one is huge. A good work rapport is very important. Defined, defined ways to do things. Instead of, you know, a scattered bunch, I like, I like everything just Streamlined, you know, if we can.
