About Jacqueline
Jacqueline AdkinsPratt is a senior legal professional with 28 years of experience in legal support and workers compensation defense. She began her career at a large law firm in Florida working in the workers compensation department for four years. She then spent 21 years as a legal assistant at Swift Currie supporting attorneys before moving to Blairsville Georgia where she worked remotely for three years with lawyers from that firm. She later held a temporary position at John Foy and Associates and holds an associate's degree from a technical college in Tampa Florida along with additional credits from Hillsborough Community College. She currently works as a casino services representative in the rewards department.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being a go-getter and making it happen. I just work hard every day to achieve my goals.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to stay focused on your goals and achieve them.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be dependable, value your job, be efficient, accurate, and make it happen.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is getting a job that I am qualified for in the legal field again. There are so many candidates applying on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sites, making it a daily struggle.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value my husband and my two Siberian Huskies. They are what I live for.
