Her Story
About Jacqueline
My personality has always been to want to make a difference in the world, and that naturally came out no matter what I was doing. I spent four decades in information technology and software quality engineering, but in parallel with that, I've always been a proponent of moving people forward and beyond where they are. I've been heavily involved in community advocacy and ministry for over 30 years. Around 2006 or 2007, my mother transferred her faith-based nonprofit to me, and I was the only one of her children who said yes. Instead of giving up when we struggled with funding, I self-funded it myself from my salary, doing outreach and teaching programs for people transitioning out of incarceration, dealing with homelessness, or needing life changes. As I grew as a corporate leader with international responsibility, I had teams in India, Israel, and throughout the UK, and I spent significant time understanding different cultures and making sure people were treated fairly and their rights were respected. I've taken all the technical frameworks of engineering and information technology and written programs to apply them for self-development. Now, as COO of Most Excellent Way Ministry International, I've created trademarked programs like Sovereign Leadership Architecture and Human Governance that focus on behavioral transformation for high-level ministry leaders, corporate executives, and people in correctional reentry. I'm currently writing two books that integrate sovereignty, self-governance, internal architecture, congruence, and behavioral transformation with faith-based principles, bringing together mind, soul, spirit, heart, and neuroscience into a complete framework.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell them that when the rest of the world, when the herd of people are going, let's say, right, and there's two lanes, one goes to the left, one goes to the right, and you've got to make a choice, don't pick going right because that's where the masses are going. Don't be afraid to go left. Don't be afraid to be labeled as a crazy one. Don't be afraid, because there's a reason why there's the 1%, and there's a reason why there are the 1% of the 1%ers. You don't have to compromise your morals. You can be a one percenter and be a very impactful person, and you may not be wealthy, you may not be a billionaire, but you're a one percenter when it comes to what you contribute to this world that makes a difference. So think about those things.
