Ten minutes with Jacqueline
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the guidance of exceptional mentors, the courage to seize opportunities, and the discipline to take meaningful action with consistency and purpose. I believe success is rarely accidental—it is built through intentional effort, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to growth. While I am inspired by influential leaders and transformative experiences, I remain grounded in authenticity, leading with integrity, determination, and a deep belief in staying true to my values throughout every stage of my journey.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
One of the most impactful pieces of career advice I’ve received was to stop overexplaining once trust and approval have been earned—and instead channel that energy into decisive execution and measurable results. I’ve also learned that challenges are rarely barriers; they are opportunities to evolve, refine strategy, and emerge stronger, more resilient, and more effective as a leader.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the technology industry is to become relentless learners, intentional relationship builders, and confident advocates for their own value. Seek out mentors, invest in meaningful networks, and understand that your personal brand is shaped by every interaction, every commitment, and every opportunity you choose to pursue.
Most importantly, don’t fear change—embrace it. Technology evolves constantly, and those who thrive are the ones willing to adapt, grow, and continuously sharpen their skills. Every challenge, transition, and disruption is an opportunity to elevate your expertise, strengthen your resilience, and position yourself as a leader capable of creating lasting impact.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the greatest challenges in the technology industry is navigating environments where women have historically been underrepresented, often requiring an added level of resilience, confidence, and determination to ensure your voice is recognized and valued. Yet within that challenge lies extraordinary opportunity.
The rapid pace of change in technology creates endless possibilities for growth, reinvention, and leadership. It rewards those who are willing to adapt, continuously learn, and think boldly about the future. Emerging technologies and evolving business landscapes open the door to innovation at an unprecedented scale—creating opportunities not only to solve complex problems, but to shape industries, influence transformation, and leave a lasting impact on the next generation of leaders.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide both my professional and personal life are integrity, authenticity, and empowerment. I believe true leadership begins with honesty, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to doing what is right—even when it is difficult. Integrity is the foundation of every relationship I build and every decision I make.
I also believe in leading authentically. While I continuously learn from respected mentors and accomplished leaders, I am intentional about forging a path that reflects my own voice, purpose, and values. Staying true to who I am has allowed me to lead with confidence, resilience, and compassion.
Most importantly, I am deeply passionate about empowering others—especially women—to recognize their worth, embrace their strengths, and pursue opportunities without limitation. I believe confidence can transform lives, and I strive to encourage others to step into their potential, elevate their ambitions, and create meaningful impact in both their careers and communities.
