Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to learning from mentors and taking decisive action when opportunities arise. I believe success is not a matter of luck, but the result of consistent, intentional effort directed toward clearly defined goals. While I draw inspiration from strong role models, I remain committed to staying true to myself and my values in every step of my journey.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to stop overexplaining once I’ve been given approval and focus on execution. I’ve also learned to view challenges not as setbacks, but as opportunities to grow, adapt, and strengthen my approach.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this field is to actively learn from others and build meaningful, intentional networks. Take ownership of your personal brand and remain responsive and professional in all your interactions. Most importantly, embrace the constant changes within the industry as opportunities for growth rather than obstacles, and use them to continuously evolve and strengthen your skill set.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating a traditionally male-dominated environment, which can require added resilience and confidence to ensure your voice is heard. At the same time, this landscape presents meaningful opportunities. The constant evolution of the industry creates space for growth, reinvention, and continuous learning. Additionally, rapid advancements in technology open the door to innovation, making it possible to build new solutions, explore emerging ideas, and stay at the forefront of change.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, authenticity, and empowerment. I believe in maintaining honesty and strong ethical standards in everything I do. I strive to stay authentic by learning from proven role models while shaping my own path in a way that reflects who I am. I’m also deeply committed to empowering others—especially women—to recognize their value, build confidence, and pursue opportunities that align with their potential.
