About Jacqueline
Jacqueline Easley, BS, CDCA, CMA (AAMA), is a holistic wellness coach, behavioral health professional, and community health leader with more than 35 years of experience empowering individuals and families to achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives. As founder and CEO of Intune Health and Wellness Coaching LLC, she provides personalized wellness coaching that integrates nutrition, fitness, mindset, stress management, and holistic lifestyle practices. Through virtual coaching, educational programs, and evidence-based guidance, Jacqueline helps clients develop sustainable habits that promote lifelong health, balance, and personal growth while addressing the interconnected needs of mind, body, and spirit.
Before launching her wellness practice, Jacqueline built an accomplished career in healthcare and behavioral health, beginning with 16 years as a Certified Medical Assistant at Cleveland Clinic. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Cleveland State University with a concentration in mental, community, and public health, she transitioned into behavioral health, case management, and community services. Throughout her career, she has served in leadership roles supervising service coordination programs, mentoring healthcare professionals, developing preventive wellness initiatives, and advocating for individuals facing mental health, substance use, and social service challenges. A retired Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA), and nutrition professional, she remains committed to advancing whole-person wellness through compassionate care and community engagement.
Jacqueline's passion for helping others was strengthened by life's unexpected challenges, including an accident that redirected her professional path from nursing to behavioral health and wellness coaching. She attributes her success to her unwavering faith, the support of her family, a genuine love for serving others, and her commitment to building trusting relationships through empathy, active listening, and lifelong learning. In addition to leading Intune Health and Wellness Coaching, she serves as a surrogate parent for foster children through the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and continues to advocate for healthier, stronger communities by empowering individuals to live in tune with their healthiest selves.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My success is attributed to God the Almighty who has been there guiding me directing me and covering me. Also my faith life learning and just my genuine passion for serving others building trusting relationships by way of listening with compassion and remaining committed to continued growth.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Whatever the challenge may be you just continue to move on. Be multiple talented in all areas so that you have something to fall back on regardless of challenges.
