About Jacqueline
As someone who considers themselves to be a natural entrepreneur, I am currently a Content Creator addressing an extremely provocative topic. My YouTube channel is call Beyond Skin Deep and it tackles the volatile issue of overcoming racism. The main goal of the channel is to educate a broad audience on the current events around race. I leave the audience with a small ask. That they would acknowledge their biggest take away and take a small action toward personal growth in this area.

My success is mainly attributed to being myself and having my genuine personality shine through. I build real rapport with people rather than being counterfeit.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received is to do work that I love.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Know your niche. What really drives you, what moves you, and what you have a passion for. Because if you can do something that you're excited about, it's not going to seem like work. It's going to be more like a dream job.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Wanting to not be a perfectionist in my work.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Having the ability to be innovative and change the structure of my business at any time.
