Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing innovative, purpose-driven campaigns across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, wellness, consumer, beauty, luxury, and retail sectors. Her creative philosophy centers on empowering people to live healthier and more fulfilling lives by combining deep human insight with strategic storytelling. She is known for leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering inclusive collaboration, and delivering award-winning campaigns that create meaningful business and social impact.

Before transitioning into healthcare advertising, Jacqueline established herself in consumer advertising, where she contributed to some of the industry's most recognized campaigns, including Dove's iconic Campaign for Real Beauty. Over the years, she has held senior creative leadership roles at leading agencies such as Ogilvy, FCB Health, VML Health, Fingerpaint Group, and now EVERSANA INTOUCH. Her portfolio includes groundbreaking work for global brands including Dove, Tiffany & Co., Tecentriq, Linzess, Vaseline, Imbruvica, and numerous specialty pharmaceutical brands. She has also led major new business wins, introduced innovative healthcare campaigns—including AI-powered brand experiences—and consistently delivered creative solutions that strengthen brand engagement while advancing patient education.

Jacqueline studied design and visual communications at the Fashion Institute of Technology and further developed her artistic foundation through studies at the School of Visual Arts and the Art Students League. She credits both her formal education and decades of hands-on industry experience for shaping her creative leadership. A former member of the Society of Illustrators, she remains passionate about art, mentorship, and using creativity as a force for positive change. Beyond her professional work, Jacqueline and her husband actively support environmental initiatives, reflecting her belief that thoughtful leadership and creativity can improve both people's lives and the communities they live in.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Jacqueline

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to pursuing creative work that I genuinely enjoy. Watching my mother work hard in a job that did not bring her happiness inspired me to build a career that is both meaningful and fulfilling. My love for the world around me, combined with the experience of living in Manhattan and studying art and architecture with my first husband, broadened my perspective, fueled my creativity, and reinforced my passion for doing work that aligns with my interests and values.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is to develop a thick skin. Constructive criticism, setbacks, and differing opinions are inevitable, but learning to accept feedback, remain resilient, and stay focused on my goals has helped me grow both personally and professionally.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are creativity, balance, and meaningful relationships. I value making time for creative expression, especially figure drawing, as it keeps me inspired and connected to my artistic passion. I also prioritize health and well-being through regular exercise, which helps me relieve stress and maintain balance. Above all, I cherish my family, love being a mom, adore my French Bulldog, and enjoy visiting art galleries, all of which enrich my life and inspire my perspective.
