Jacqueline takes big, complicated problems and turns them into solutions that actually work. When a company doesn't know how to prepare their team for new technology or changes in their industry, she shows them the way. She designs learning programs that feel natural, use smart tools like AI, and help people build skills they'll use every day.

What drives her?

She sees potential everywhere—in people who've been overlooked, in teams that are stuck, in companies that want to do better. She creates safe spaces where people can grow, make mistakes, and become the best versions of themselves. Her clients say she brings vision and energy that makes everyone believe change is possible.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I've been curious my whole life about how people learn and grow. I studied Economics and International Business, then spent 10 years at IBM figuring out how to help thousands of people get better at their jobs. I then joined KPMG, a Big Four consulting firm, as a Director in Human Capital Advisory, helping clients reinvent and transform their workforce practices.

Four years ago, I started my own company because I wanted to help more people—not just those with fancy degrees, but anyone willing to work hard and learn. My success comes from never stopping learning myself, rolling up my sleeves to do the hard work alongside my clients, and genuinely caring about whether people succeed. I don't just give advice from the sidelines—I get in there with you and figure it out together.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is to know what you're aiming for, aim high, then let go and trust the process. Focusing on your goals while staying open to opportunities has allowed me to grow, adapt, and achieve success in ways I never could have planned.

Also, incorporate physical activity into your life routine—physical health is essential to stay energized and helps with mental clarity.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Find your people and learn everything you can from them—then teach what you know to someone coming up behind you. Don't wait until you feel "expert enough" to share your ideas. The industry needs your fresh perspective right now, not in five years when you think you'll be ready.

Also, get comfortable with being the person who asks "But why are we doing it this way?" Some of the best solutions come from questioning the way things have always been done. Your voice matters more than you think.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in my field is that learning and development professionals aren't sitting at the strategy table often enough. Too many companies still see employee learning as a compliance requirement instead of a business essential. But here's the exciting part—AI is changing everything. Business data that used to be locked away is now accessible.

Learning professionals can finally show executives exactly how investing in people drives profits, productivity, and employee satisfaction. We have the tools now to prove our impact with real numbers. The opportunity is enormous for those of us willing to step up and speak the language of business results.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are balance, connection, and well-being. I love working on interesting challenges, so I prioritize staying active, spending quality time with my children, family, and close friends, enjoying travel and short getaways, and taking time to recharge—because maintaining personal fulfillment allows me to bring energy, focus, and passion to my professional work.
