Jacqueline (Jackie) Pilon

I’ve built my career at SUNY Upstate Medical University Hospital, growing from frontline hospital operations to leadership in patient access and centralized communications.

Today, as Manager of Upstate Connect and the Community Switchboard, I lead teams responsible for delivering exceptional service, accurate information routing, and seamless communication across the health system. My focus is on team development, operational efficiency, and ensuring every patient interaction reflects professionalism and care.

Over the years, I’ve served in roles ranging from Hospital Attendant and Registrar to PAS Supervisor and Team Leader of PreServices. That journey has given me a comprehensive understanding of hospital workflows and the importance of strong leadership at every level.

I’m passionate about developing people, improving processes, and supporting healthcare operations that keep patients and providers connected.
