Jacqueline Stayner
Jacqueline is a seasoned retail leader and people-first manager currently serving as Store Manager at White House Black Market in the Ellenton, Florida outlet mall. In her role, she oversees all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, register reconciliation, sales performance review, merchandising and replanning, customer service, and team leadership. Known for her ability to drive results through strong culture, Jacqueline was promoted to store manager after successfully leading a store turnaround, demonstrating her belief that engaged, well-supported teams are the foundation of strong performance.
Her career path reflects both versatility and resilience. Jacqueline began in data processing for a trucking company before transitioning into banking, supported by accounting coursework. She later moved into retail, where she spent eight years at a local flooring store as an office manager before purchasing and operating that flooring and interior design business for approximately three and a half years. With more than 20 years of experience in retail across assistant manager and store manager roles, she brings a deep operational understanding and entrepreneurial mindset to every position she holds—much of it earned through hands-on experience and what she describes as the “school of hard knocks.”
Outside of her professional role, Jacqueline is deeply connected to her community and professional networks. She serves as an officer in her local H.O.G. (Harley Owners Group) chapter and has previously participated in the Lions Club and a women’s networking group while living in Ohio. She remains actively engaged with fellow store managers in her mall, sharing insights and support. In recognition of her leadership and impact, Jacqueline has been selected as one of the Influential Women representing Ellenton, Florida for 2026. She is passionate about mentoring others, encouraging continuous learning, readiness for advancement, and paying it forward by helping the next generation grow.
