The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now are keeping up with constantly evolving regulations and ensuring compliance at both federal and state levels.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in work and life are maintaining a healthy work-life balance and cherishing time with my family. Outside of work, I enjoy tending to our animals on our small homestead, running our farm stand with my husband, and creating new memories with my children.
