Jada Eubank is a supply chain and process improvement professional with six years of experience in logistics, fulfillment operations, inventory management, and order processing. Her interest in the field began while working in a warehouse, where she became fascinated by the journey products take from raw material sourcing to store shelves. Motivated by curiosity, Eubank taught herself the fundamentals of supply chain management through independent research and online learning, building a strong foundation that has enabled her to excel in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
Currently serving as Fulfillment Manager at Starmark Pet Products, Eubank has played a key role in optimizing operations during a period of rapid company growth. By strengthening communication between customers, buyers, and internal teams, she helped streamline product shipments, improve operational efficiency, and significantly reduce costly chargebacks. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the strong support of my family and friends, my faith in God, and my determination to always do the best job I can. I take pride in my work and enjoy identifying problems, finding practical solutions, and continuously improving processes.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage them to take advantage of the many resources available and never stop learning. If you're willing to put in the time and effort, there are very few limits to what you can achieve. Ask questions, seek guidance from experienced professionals, and stay committed to developing your knowledge and skills.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Working in a predominantly male industry has taught me the importance of adapting my communication style and supporting my recommendations with clear data and facts. Rapid company growth can create challenges, such as process gaps and chargebacks, but it also presents opportunities to improve operations, strengthen customer relationships, and build more efficient systems.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My faith and family are the foundation of my life and guide the way I approach both personal and professional responsibilities. I value integrity, determination, and a strong commitment to solving problems with honesty and accountability. I also believe in giving back to my community through volunteer work and making a positive impact wherever I can.
