Ten minutes with Jada
01What do you attribute your success to?
I would attribute my success to my motivation and work ethic. These are qualities I take pride in because they influence everything I do. Whether a task is difficult or comes naturally, I always give it my full effort. I enjoy challenging myself, learning new things, and seeing what I can accomplish when I commit to something. I truly want to succeed, and I'm willing to put in the hard work to make that happen.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Always be open to new opportunities, even if they differ from the path you originally envisioned. By developing excellence in one area and applying those skills to every opportunity you encounter, you can approach new challenges with confidence and demonstrate your value as a capable, adaptable professional.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in yourself and your abilities, and remain open to opportunities, even if they don't align with your original plan. Some of the most rewarding experiences and greatest opportunities in my life have come from unexpected paths. Staying open-minded has taught me that success often comes from embracing opportunities you never anticipated.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I faced was embracing a career path I had not originally planned to pursue. As I gained experience in the insurance industry, I discovered that it provides a meaningful opportunity to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact by helping clients protect what matters most. I am especially grateful that The Falls Insurance Center, Inc. supported me by offering a flexible schedule while I completed my college education and providing the opportunity to earn my insurance licenses. That support has allowed me to transition into a full-time position after graduation, making what began as an unexpected opportunity into a rewarding career.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I have always believed in the value of hard work, determination, and maintaining a strong work ethic in both my professional and personal life. Meaningful accomplishments rarely come without effort, and I believe that dedication and perseverance are the foundation of long-term success.
