Ten minutes with Jada
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my willingness to think outside the box, trust my instincts, and embrace opportunities even when the path isn't completely clear. I've always had an outgoing and competitive personality, and I've never been afraid to take calculated risks. My athletic background taught me resilience and discipline, and I believe my drive to continually challenge myself has helped me grow both personally and professionally. Every opportunity I've taken has strengthened my confidence and reinforced my belief that success comes from being authentic, adaptable, and willing to step outside of my comfort zone.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
One of the most impactful pieces of career advice I've ever received was, "I hate to lose more than I love to win." That mindset has stayed with me throughout my career because it reminds me to remain disciplined, competitive, and committed to continuous improvement. Rather than fearing setbacks, I use them as motivation to work harder, refine my skills, and perform at a higher level. That determination has pushed me to achieve more than I thought possible and continues to fuel my drive for success.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to stay true to themselves and never feel pressured to fit into someone else's expectations. Be confident, embrace your individuality, and don't be afraid to stand out. Some of the greatest opportunities come from taking risks, challenging conventional thinking, and stepping outside your comfort zone. Most importantly, don't fear failure—embrace it. Every setback teaches valuable lessons that make you stronger, wiser, and better prepared for future success. Believe in yourself, trust your instincts, and remember that your authenticity is one of your greatest strengths.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is finding the right niche while building a sustainable career in highly competitive industries. Commission caps, financial uncertainty, and personal obstacles can sometimes limit growth, making it important to remain adaptable and resilient. At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities to build meaningful professional networks, establish credibility, and leverage those relationships to create long-term success. I also see exciting opportunities to continue expanding my work in high-ticket sales while growing my career in music production, where collaboration and strong industry connections can open incredible doors.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My faith is the foundation of everything I do. I believe in staying true to who I am, remaining humble, and expressing gratitude for every opportunity I've been given. I strive to approach both my personal life and my career with integrity, recognizing that success is most meaningful when it is built on honesty, compassion, and appreciation for others. I also believe in giving back to my community and using my talents to positively impact the lives of those around me, knowing that true success is measured not only by achievements but by the difference we make in the lives of others.
