At Scripps Institution of Oceanography, they manage program operations and advise students in the Climate Science and Policy master’s program—coordinating schedules, guest speakers, budgets, and academic support while maintaining strong relationships with climate experts. Their background also includes research on human adaptation and climate resilience at UC San Diego’s Human Ecology Lab, impact storytelling and grant writing for Diversify Our Narrative, and environmental justice-focused legal research as an Environmental Law Intern. They hold an M.S. in Climate Science and Policy and a B.A. in Climate Change and Environmental/Cultural Archaeology from UC San Diego, with strengths in project management, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement.
