About Jade
Jade Craggette is a seasoned technology professional and Technical Account Manager with extensive experience combining technical support, client service, and strategic relationship management. She has built a nine-year career with Mindbody, progressing from Technical Support Specialist to Senior Technical Support Specialist and ultimately Technical Account Manager. Her work centers on helping clients navigate technology, resolve challenges, adopt products effectively, and achieve stronger business outcomes, particularly within the health, wellness, and beauty sectors. Prior to transitioning into technology, Jade developed a strong foundation in high-end retail, luxury service, and management, giving her more than 20 years of experience focused on exceptional customer experiences.
Beyond her technical responsibilities, Jade is deeply committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She serves as a leader of the Women's Collective employee resource group at her organization, helping create opportunities for connection, professional development, advocacy, and community. She is passionate about building supportive environments where people feel seen, heard, and valued, and she views inclusion as an important contributor to organizational culture and success. Her leadership has also involved organizing educational and wellness-focused experiences, including programs designed to support employees' personal and professional well-being.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being raised without a fear of failure and learning to become an expert quickly. As the youngest in a high-expectation family, I developed a natural curiosity and a self-taught approach to learning. My ability to ask questions, share constructive perspectives, and build authentic relationships has helped me gain valuable insights, earn trust, and create meaningful connections across industries.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to make my work and presence visible. As an African-American woman in leadership, I’ve learned that professional growth requires not only delivering results but also confidently sharing my expertise, building strong relationships, and making sure my contributions are recognized.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering tech is to get comfortable with uncertainty, be honest about what you don’t know, and develop a strong troubleshooting mindset. You don’t need to know everything from the start—technical skills can be built through practice, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge and opportunity is bridging rapid technological innovation with the slower-moving health, wellness, and beauty industries. While technology continues to advance quickly, these human-centered fields often move more gradually and are increasingly rediscovering traditional practices from different cultures. I see an opportunity to thoughtfully combine innovation with proven, time-tested approaches.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are authenticity, passion, advocacy, and activism. I strive to bring these values into both my work and personal life, using my voice and actions to make a positive impact wherever I go.
