01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work meeting the right opportunities, the mentors and ‘friendtors’ who challenged and championed me, and the grace of God. Staying prepared, coachable, and consistent has helped. So when doors opened, I was ready to step through and bring others with me. I’m grateful for the people and timing that made the difference.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Excellence and integrity earn trust. Commitment and consistency compound it. Keeping these as my north star have helped me build results I'm proud of, and a career that feels fulfilling.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Lead with competence and character: get technically sharp early, then let your excellence and integrity speak for you.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunities are the scale of the wealth transfer and liquidity events, plus rising demand for advice that coordinates real complexity (tax, concentrated risk, alternatives, cross-border, and estate planning) alongside smarter balance-sheet management and tech-enabled personalization. The biggest challenges are protecting trust amid fraud/cyber risk.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My role as a fiduciary and my heart for helping others guides me to always do what's best for my clients and their families. I also value using my platform to develop others.
